1. Who these terms are between

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Trinity Globe website and any purchase made through it. "We", "us" and "our" refer to Trinity Globe Trading Pte. Ltd., a company registered in Singapore. "You" refers to the person placing an order.

2. Age eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old — the legal age to purchase alcohol in Singapore — to buy anything on this site. By placing an order you confirm you meet this requirement. See our Responsible Drinking & Age Restriction Notice for the full policy, including age verification at delivery.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Any delivery fee will be shown separately before payment. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is placed.

We make a reasonable effort to keep stock information accurate, but availability isn't guaranteed until your payment is confirmed. If an item in your order turns out to be unavailable after you've paid, we'll contact you and issue a refund for that item.

4. Placing an order

You can check out as a guest — no account is required. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed; the confirmation email you receive at that point is our acceptance of your order. Adding items to your cart or reaching the payment page does not, by itself, form a contract.

5. Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. We accept the card and payment methods shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe handles that in line with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

6. Delivery

See our Delivery Policy for delivery areas and timeframes. Free standard delivery applies to orders of S$120 and above; a delivery fee applies below that threshold and is shown before you pay. Self-collection is not currently available — see the Delivery Policy for details.

7. Returns and refunds

See our Refund & Return Policy. Because these are consumable alcohol products, our ability to accept returns is more limited than for general merchandise.

8. Your information

We collect and use your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Singapore law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or a purchase made through it. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing in these terms affects your rights under applicable Singapore consumer protection laws.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your order.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
