1. What we collect

When you place an order, we collect:

If you create an account instead of checking out as a guest, we also collect:

We don't collect or store your payment card details — those go directly to our payment processor, Stripe (see Section 3).

2. How we use it

We don't sell your information. We don't send marketing email unless you separately tick the newsletter opt-in when creating an account.

3. Payment information

Payment is handled by Stripe. When you pay, your card details go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection — they never pass through our own servers or database. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant. Their handling of your data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

4. Where your data is stored

Your order and account data is stored securely with our cloud hosting and account authentication service providers, behind access controls that restrict it to you and to staff whose role requires it. If you sign in with Google or Facebook, that sign-in itself is handled by our authentication provider — we receive your name and email from them, not your Google or Facebook password.

5. Who we share it with

We may disclose personal data only where reasonably necessary to:

We don't disclose personal data beyond this.

6. Cross-border data transfers

Some of our service providers may process personal data outside Singapore. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the transferred data receives protection comparable to that required under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

7. How long we keep it

We keep order records for at least 5 years, in line with IRAS record-keeping requirements for tax purposes. You can ask us to delete personal data we're not legally required to retain — see Section 8.

8. Your rights

Under the PDPA, you can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop using or delete it (subject to our legal retention obligations). To do any of this, contact us using the details in Section 10.

9. Cookies and browser storage

We use cookies and browser storage that are necessary to maintain your shopping cart, keep you signed in, prevent fraud, and process payments. We do not currently use advertising or behavioural tracking cookies.
